I'm trying to use the tune utility. But every time I do the 20 min tune it never finishes...any ideas?

what happens when the 20 minutes are up?

Just never stops, the timer stops but the utility doesent.

try updating or reinstalling it

Oks, I tryed reinstalling the program. Then ran the tuning feature again. same results.

is this a costum computer and if you wait any longer than the 20 minutes and after the timergoes off and keeps running what does it say

no, And it doesn't say anything at all, nothing happens.

if its a pre built like hp it be limiting it from working did you download it or did it come with a video card?

came with card, and it is a hp but with new mobo and vid card

I found an artical that said if you have version 5.05 and later it will work on any motherboard see what version you have

The auto tune function is abit buggy, it freezes my system. :|
