NVIDIA® GeForce 4 440 Go with 64MB dedicated DDR vs 256MB NVIDA® GeForce™ Go 6800

Which is better and is it a noticeable difference?

Whats the main difference between the two and does the mb on cards matter?

6800 is directX 9 card, the mx440 is a 7. i think that says more than enough :)

but, what is the rest of your system? cuz if thats like mine, or a bit faster, a 6800 would be overkill, and a waste of monney i think ;)
 
the 6800 has a higher clock, more transistors, higher pixel pipelines x texture units, and a lot higher bandwidth, not to mention a lot more memory.
