nVidia 7050 IGP or 7200GS?

I'd probably want to know what they are using their computer for---games-hard core gaming--web surfing-before suggesting what type of upgrade would be best-why fix it if it isn't broken.

I wouldn't. For gaming, both are about as good - sucky. Of course, the 7200GS is, in theory, beter than the 7050 IGP, the thing is that neither of them can play a game (well they can, but...)

Well the point is, if you want to upgrade get something that you can at least call an upgrade. Something like the GeForce 8400GS *at bery least*, I would look into 8500GT or bit heavier gaming 8600GT, or Radeon 46xx series (none are particulary power-hungry, should run fine with most stock PSUs).

Yes, that 7200 would be fine on a 350w PSU. It would be better over the 7050 as it will free up system RAM.
