Nvidia driver issue.

Everytime I start up my game( World of Warcraft ) it starts freezing, going, freezing longer, going, and than a bunch of weird graphics comes up on the screen... than I get bluescreen of death, I reformatted LAST NIGHT and I am already getting a blue screen.. sheesh. It says something like nv4_dd or something like that is the problem. That is the driver I downloaded from their site, the one ive been downloading forever.. and ever.
Please assist.
 
What are the system specs (including PSU)?

Have you run memtest?

Have you checked what temps your getting?

Have you made sure your running the latest DirectX?
 
Yeah i was. I get the error IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

When I restart it seems to say "Display Driver for Nvidia Geforce FX 5200(My graphics card) seems to be the problem.

I have installed the latest correct driver from more than one source and more than one site. And I have tried reinstalling it, after uninstalling it.
Please help.

I downloaded it, I have a floppy disk in but I dont understand the read-me it isnt noob friendly for technical issues like this which Im not too good at. Please help. And if it IS bad ram, than its most likeley a bad mobo if its a hardware issue, the ram should be fine.
