Hey, is a dated' NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS Rev. 4 EVGA 1GB Edition (w/ ddr3) run any games from late 2000's to some early 2010 games?

What games do you intend on playing? It's possible. Maybe not so much with games from 2010 though unless you turn down some settings in the game.

just testing out the gpu to see if it can run games i intend on playing just that, games (from late 2000s to early 2010's, generally)

I ran an 8400 GS up until 2011 and it was barely even usable then. Maybe some old strategy games or the like but really any semi modern onboard video is faster. Driver support will be terrible too.

Ironically, I'd rather use modern integrated graphics than that dinosaur of a card.
