nVidia MonitorView shows 209 > Celsius?!

Today, my Tagan BZ series 900W PSU came (:D!), which is now fully installed.

Up until now, I have not wanted to overclock because my system was heavily underpowered. After I got the PSU installed, I downloaded nTune to begin OC'ing. I am fairly cautious most of the time and like to monitor before and after temps. I OC'd my 7800GT to 504MHz (if anyone remembers what it was like to have the 7800..haha...), went to check the temp level and found that it is reading 209 Celsius -- or 408 Farenheit! Immeadiate cause for concern, except that the graph looks weird -- look at the attatchment.

Well, nix the attatchment. But I'll try to describe it -- it consists of many vertical parallel lines, and one continuous horizontal line running through the middle. I could swear that there was a trigonometric function that looks just like it -- it was a special function because it was one of a few that cannot be graphed [accurately] on a calculator. (I'm throwing this out there for anyone who may know what I'm talking about.)

The comp has only been on for like 10 minutes. I am wondering if maybe I messed up the airflow with my cabling. Any thoughts? I'm not really freaking out because my system appears 100% stable and I find it hard to believe a system could really be as high as 209 C; especially without smelling something frying.

Try another program to check your temps. It cant be 209c or your computer would be a lump of plastic in the floor.
