OCín my XFX 6800GT to ULTRA

ok, i just have this question. If I set my XFX 6800GT (256Mb DDR3)
to the clock speeds of a ULTRA Card.. will it actually get the performance of the ULTRA? and if so,. would the stock heatsink enough to cool it?
And, wold i notice any difference when playing games? (AA, AF and such stuff)

Yes it will, it's the same core NV45.

Should be sufficient, it's a pretty light oc.
