can n.e body tell me how to unlock an intel mobo so i have full access to the bios

I tried to look up "fucntions" but I couldnt find anything... oh well...

Well then goto the Advanced tab or whatever they call it and change all the options that say Auto to something else ... like Manual for instance (this is all outlined int he manual)

i can oc the video card and memory but can't touch the cpu still

Thats because you havnt set the entries to Manual. Now if thats not an available option and clockgen doesnt support your board you're SOL
