OC intel p4 2.8ghz unstable ?

i try OCing my processor to 3.2ghz (21 x 153) but my OS seem to hav more error after that anyone know wads the cause ?
 
i have the same problem
when i go above 3.0 Ghz my sound doesn't work
i think there is something with my mobo
coz it was fired up twice and i changed the regulator in it
 
You all must be very unlucky, im running a 2.8Ghz prescott at stock at the moment, my record is still in my sig. Since my modo crapped out its PCI locks, i cant overclock a single Mhz, but before it died i got to 3.5, it was farely stable, i think it crashed twice, at 3.4Ghz it was rock solid. Maybe i was just lucky.

I have similar problems, except my mobo doesnt have SATA locks either, so if I go above 120Mhz bus, my hard drive cant be read.

And why does your sig still say 3.5 if it's not at it anymore?
