OC or non OC

If you are confident in OC'ing yourself get a stock one. If you aren't then you can get the factory OC'ed one, Also, if you OC it'll void the warranty, so getting a factory OC'ed will have the little bit more performance and the warranty. Thats what I did with my XFX 7900GS XT, it came already OC'ed.

I think one of the companies (evga maybe? the one with the step up program i believe) let's you OC, and it doesn't void the warranty.

If you only raise the clock speeds, then I dont think theres a way for them to even be able to tell, since the overclocking is done from within Windows, nothing actually happens physically to the card.

It really depends on the price. I certainly wouldn't be paying a large premium for a factory OC'd version, but if it's around the same price, you may as well.

I am amateur at OCing.Once i tried to OC my FX5500 256MB,then whenever i try to play games it used to hang for a while before the usually run.

As ceewi said, it does depend on the price. If you can get a factory overclocked card for just $5-$10 more, then I would do it.
