OC question

hello guys, I am just wondering, if my motherboard actually supports oc? I have p5GD1(not pro), and its max FSB is 800mhz, does that mean I cannot put a CPU with higher FSB such as 1066mhz one on it, or would i run that cpu at lower clock because its max FSB is limited to 800mhz? I am noob please help thanks.

Well first off, if you have an OEM desktop such as Compaq or Dell, then you cant OC since the mobo locks that function. if you have a custom PC, then you can go into BIOS and change the FSB. And most likely your fsb would be at 200Mhz.
