Is there any oc software i could get because ive tryed every switch om ny motherboard and all i can get it to do is go down my processor is at 350 mhz (factory setting) and i know the motherboard can handle up to 450 mhz.
 
You are in a tough spot. The old K-6 is not going to be too readily o/ced.
You speak of switches, I assume you are refering to the jumpers? Normally you would go into the bios to speed things up a bit without going to software. You should research you mobo and manual to see about changing the bios settings.
I'm thinking its time to get into a K-7 or K-8.
 
yes i am referring to the jupers but there in the form of switches with little #'s above them. anyway would a k-8 be faster than a k-7? and would they work on my current motherboard.
