OC with smth simple

i made a new post on the same subject (i know i shouldt am sry) BUT i did got the answer...i whant to oc my intel p4 2.8...this is my mb http://www.msicomputer.com/product/p_spec.asp?model=845GEM-L&class=mb
i looked and i did find any programm for my mb,,, now,, there must be an option in bios to increase it a little bit
any1 to tell me what to calculate (IN SIMPLE WORDS) and what to change in bios ????

I looked in my bios and in Advanced bios setting but i couldnt find anything for FSB to change it
i could only find smth CPU Host/Pci CLOCK and it was set to deafult
and had these options:
126/33mhz
133/33mhz
134/33mhz
148/37mhz
...and ect....

maybe that it ?

1. what cooling are you using, and did you apply it correctly?
2. what are your cpu temps currently?
3. what do you use your computer for and how fast is your ram?
understand also that:
overclocking your cpu also overclocks your ram, unless you turn your ram frequency down (or just turn cpu multipliers up if you can)
for instance, my ram runs at 200mhz (ddr400) and my cpu multiplier is 11. it is an athlon 64 3400 with a 1mb cache running at 2200mhz, therefore 200x11.
if you turn your ram down to 166mhz (ddr333) then its like setting a ram multiplier of 0.83. so if i changed my frequency to 240, cpu multiplier to 10, and ram to 166mhz or in other words multiply it by 0.83 then id get 10x240 or 2400mhz and 200mhz or my original ddr400.
therefore, overclocking the cpu, and leaving my ram in its current state and not stressing it more (because i love my corsair XMS 2-2-2-5 ram)
