OC'd 4800+ x2

Sure its safe.

(The other guys will tell you why:D cos Im a bit drunk atm and cant figure out why it is...but i know it is because like if you push it too hard you will get problems, so if u know theres problems you just take it back...yeah I know thats not a very good explanation lol, il let the other guys tell you:D

Just watch the temps of the CPU, and if you raised the VCore significantly, watch the temps for the voltage regulators.

As long as you test the stability of each overclock, and you're happy with the temperatures you're getting, then its all good.

I've reached 2.6 with my X2 3800, and will keep pushing it until it wont go any further, or the temperature produced by the voltage is simply too high for comfort (PWM temp currently at 55C at full load/37C at idle).

Omega, is my PWM temp too high? Voltage is at 1.425
