I know for me PC Probe is always saying my temps are higher then what hardware monitor says. If it is the same for you then you temps are probably lower then that on hardware monitor also. You're heat sensor might be broke is about the only thing I can think of.

PC Probe is saying my temps are lower than HWMonitor + Ive just pulled out my old temp gage that i had on my old case and placed it on top of my heatsink where the CPU is and its showing 32 Degrees so i dont think my Motherboard sensor is broken

What is your temperatures before overclocking? 400 isn't a LOT but it would be enough to raise it about 4-5C degree's. Did you also raise the vcore?

Looks fine to me. Good temps. Phenoms II do real well on temps untill you start getting over 1.450/75V with a good cooler.

Temps before were 29 - 30 Idle

I know its not a big OC but surely it should of raised the temps a bit more?

Arr thanks for the reasurance! I havent yet raised the VCore it seems to be stable when im benchmarking so i might just aim for 4Ghz and leave it at that :good:

UPDATE:

3.895.2MHz

HWMonitor Temp: 34 Degrees
PC Probe: 32 Degrees

After this i went to 3.9GHz and it became unstable i think i have to start messing with the VCore but i dont really want to so im putting it on 3.8Ghz as that is stable
