OCing 4400x2

hes not using liquid nitrogen and if he is he better know what hes doing (he doesnt sound like he knows how to use liquid nitrogen, and neither do i)
liquid nitrogen = LOSER who needs a cpu to be that cool... if you really care you'll spend your money on water cooling.

Small joke, and admittedly a bad one. Not 100% sure whether he was asking 'the highest anyone has overclocked the X2 4400+ to', as in the record, or at least what was attainable by serious overclockers, or what would be a reasonable OC with just the basics.

On a serious note, i'd say ~2.6-2.7Ghz would be attainable, with reasonable cooling (nothing extreme). Of course, no-one can really tell you, it just depends on the chip. Getting it to X2 4800+ speeds should be reasonably easy, however.
