are the BIOS unlockable?

The manufacturer locks the BIOS to ensure that the customer doesn't overclock the product, which will make them eventually go out and shell out $xxx for a new system. They're all alternatives to BIOS overclocking. Programs like ClockGen can be used.

Well even beyond the bios(or before the jumperless configs :P) the motherboards had either jumpers or dip-switches on them. However, many of those have been removed so you can't change them...like my IBM -.-

I already tried clockgen that didnt work on my PC

There are programs like clockgen that work to overclock a company built computer but those settings lose their effect once the computer is restarted. Most likely you won't be able to overclock your computer. "Once in a blue moon" it happens though.

well this is going to be my old computer that im just gonna mess around with so im open to any ideas basically this will be my computer that i experiment on, also does anyone know how much RAM this mobo can support?

I would guess it would support at least 512MB of RAM, since it has a 1.2Ghz CPU. But to be sure, what model is your computer.
