OCing only 2 of 4 memory sticks possible?

if i have a pair of 2x1gb ddr2 800 dual channel and a pair of 2x1gb ddr2 675, is it possible to OC just one of the dual channels and try to boost it up to 800mhz since i don't want the 667 to slow down the 800mhz?

yes, just set your memory setting to 800 in the BIOS
