oc'ing p4 & temps

Hey I was just wondering what tempatures are borderline too hot for my cpu after overclocking. I have my p4 overclocked from 3ghz to 3.2ghz and it hangs around 40 degrees celcius. When playing counterstrike it hangs between 47-50 degrees celcius. Is that too hot or are those normal temps?...I am using a vantec aeroflow 2. Also, my motherboard came with "hardware doctor" software and was wondering if I could trust the temps that it reads for my system...

Typically you wont have to even pay attention until the temps breach 50C, wont have to think about them till they breach 60C, start worrying at 65C and a full fledge panic at 70C
