hi guys my cpus out of steam and its time now to overclock it im going to overclock it by just adding a heatsink/fan what heatsink/fan do you think i should get

what do i have to look for how much the rpm is or the airflow or how high it supports athlon xp

you dont NEED a new heatsink/fan unless your gonna oc alot. When i was looking to buy a new heatsink from newegg, i just sorted it by best rating and chose one from the top 5.

I'm more interested in what motherboard your using to oc it alot.

the mobo does overclock it ive dun it b4, ive got a gigabyte 7vtxe for xp

Well the BIOS options are quite limited on that VIA mobo, poor voltage adjustment, lack of multiplier adjustments etc severely limits the ability to oc.
