OCZ Ram Issue?

Hello again guys, ive been fighting this for a few days now but it seems as if my ram doesn't like to work with each other... it started like this.. i had a 2GB worth of OCZ (2 X 1GB) from two years ago.. i JUST bought me 2 more and i noticed something.. the same ram same heatsink has a different board color.. the old one is your avarage green and the new one i just bought is black (i don't know if this has anything to do with the issue) anyways, the two black ones (newer ones) by them selves on dual channel or single channel work flawlessly, the same can be said about my old ones but... once i add them all up (doesn't matter which slots) to the MotherBoard i get BSOD's and a SHHH load of memtest errors  please helpp, what is going on!!!

my board is the asus p5q deluxe and my ram is OCZ ddr2 1066 5-5-5-15

what happened was the sticks have different voltages. and most likely your faster stick doesn't work well with voltages below their rating.... like my old corsair
