OCZ XTC Memory Cooler and Scythe Andy Samurai

1/ How much memory does the OCZ XTC Cooler actually cover? eg if I had 1GB x2, would I need x 2 OCZ XTC Coolers?

2/ I have read reviews about both of these boards now I hear due to the onboard fans (680iLT) or cool pipes (680i) they cause problems for installing a fans other than the standard.

I was wondering if on either of these 2 motherboards if you know wether I could install:

OCZ XTC Cooler (for ram)
and a Scythe Andy Samurai (for cpu)

or will these not fit on either motherboard?
 
it covers all four slots. it might get in the way of the video card so if it is then you should screw that side with a screw and use the nob on the other end to tighten it.
 
Well the Scythe Andy Samurai is small at the bottom but the top is massive.

Its size is:
Heatsink:125 x 137 x 100 mm (L x W x H)
Fan: 120 x 120 x 25mm (L x W x H)

So will it fit? and the OCZ XTC Cooler will definately fit?
 
The EVGA sli 680i is on the compatibility for the Scythe Andy Samurai, Im guessing this means the Scythe Andy Samurai will also run on the XFX sli 680i as they look the same to me???

Based on that, will the OCZ XTC Cooler also fit on a EVGA sli 680i / XFX sli 680i???
