Odd Voltage on 12V and 5V

It says I have -16.97 V on my -12V and varies between 4V and 6V on my 5 V rails. I didn't do much today other download everest which I have now uninstalled and cleaned the registry and all that crap. I did open up the case today and poked around a bit, could it be possible I unplugged or bumped something, this is strange, the first 'problem' I have had so far with this setup.

I got the temps from speedfan and I checked BIOS, they didn't have temps but they said OK, on the 'health and status' portion of BIOS, any ideas or suggestions. Everything is running normal as far as I can tell.

My temps are fine internally if that is relevant.

My system is OC'ed and My GPU is also slightly but when I did this 2 weeks ago I had no irregular voltages.

Thanks in advance.

(edit): its actually the negative rails not the the ones mentioned in the threads title. Oops

I'm convinced it's rather unimportant but if some others have some insight I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Thanks, that eliviates some concern.

you can pretty much be safe give or take a volt. The -16v though is kind of out of whack....

I don't think any device will pull that from the powersupply so you are probably okay.

You can ignore the results on negative rails. They're not used by modern motherboards, and monitoring programs will always return strange results.
