OEM vs Full OS

So i built my new rig and it has no OS. I'm planning on buying windows 7. I know i cant use an upgrade disc, so I know I have to get a Full Version for $199 or a OEM builder kit for about $99. is it worth it to spend the extra $$$ for the full if I'm only going to put win 7 on one computer?

Full: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...ws_7_home_premium_full-_-32-116-716-_-Product

OEM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...windows_7_home_premium-_-32-116-752-_-Product

-thanks

(I have Windows 7 ultimate 64bit *upgrade disc if for anyreason I could just use that.)

you would need a windows vista or previous OS on there already to get the upgrade disk to work. Maybe a lower lever (pro down) version of 7.

The difference between the OEM and full is not noticeable in use. OEM (builder) is tied to your motherboard. If you are planning on keeping your motherboard for a while, this is the route for you. Full can be transfered to different motherboards. Otherwise they are the same OS.
