Ok, so it's an age old rivalry, but which do you choose?

personally I am a PC person, all my friends tell me I should get a MAC but I'm the only IT Tech amongst them, and I prefer freedom to being restricted by apple.

I agree. I have both, and use them both. Windows for iTunes because my laptop with MAC on it has horrible graphics. Windows for Word documents (Just because I am used to it.) Mac for Pictures. Both for internet.

I would vote both.
 
I'm realizing now I should have made the pole, Windows or MAC OS, or linux, or other.

PC and MAC isn't realllythat deep. It skims over the subject.
 
Can we make a sticky of all the questions people might ask?
Who was the first water-cooler? NO ONE KNOWS!!

It is called threads to increase the number of posts, to increase the size of ones e-peen :) Never mind posts which offer help or advice, no no no, so long as we have a larger number on the left, we are computer geniuses :rolleyes:

its funny how this is true, i guess according to the number to my left i know almost nothing about these, computer things, lol



Oh, and to reply to the post; I love the quality and innovation of apple, but the price of PC laptop is about half that of a mac laptop of the same specs. i also enjoy the wide variety of programs offered for Windows.

Plus, I've posted many threads with actuall problems and got zero response. The only way to get a response around here is to make a stupid ass thread that everyone hates.

In some cases maybe.
I've been here more than 5 years and barely have over 1K posts.

I think some of these polls get restarted because the last one may be deemed old in the OP's mind and wants the current trend since the last one was made.
Technology has been changing fast over the last few years.
