I recently bought a Hp 4710, installed the original Windows 7, my computer often freezes, no rules that will happen this time, the computer freezes when I try to run a command with the mouse arrow, it means never until now frozen in way that I did something I started before that (by itself). When this happens I can not run task manager, but it must fall on the mechanical button ignition. This computer freezing happens at least once after each time pick the computer during work ....

Hmm. Completely stops responding? I'm not really sure on that but I would recommend making sure all of your drivers are up to date. Make sure there are no suspicious processes running in task manager and maybe doing a complete virus scan in safe mode by pressing F8 at boot. If none of that works, maybe try re-installing Win7. You have the specs to handle it so I'm not thinking it's a hardware issue. Did this start suddenly?

I can not remember but I think that the problems started once .... komjutor was one already in service and they said that is correct. After the service problems continue to happen and I do not have the time and I could go back to the service. Windows 7 I've already re-installed. Also on my official page at HP scanning the computer appears to have an older BIOS .... When I try to install the computer told me that the BIOS code already exists ....
