Oh crap...I need some help

I have Windows XP, I put a new password for my account. I tried it and its incorrect. It's not I typed it in correctly. It's saying Incorrect though. What do I do?

You could try booting to safe mode. When you get to the login screen there should be an admin account. Normally this doesnt have a password on. Boot into the account called admin, and change the password on your account. :)
 
Try pressing F8 when you turn the PC on(it's may be different on your PC) to boot into Safe Mode.
