What do u guys think? This is pretty much my budget. Im a moderate gamer how doesnt really need to run everything in high res, but am looking to upgrade in the future.

Those are some good choices and you should be able to upgrade pretty good in the future. The only thing i'm concerned about at all if anything, is the PSU. If your going to upgrade in the future and have the money now, get a full blown PSU. That way you don't have to worry about it at all in the future.

Otherwise, that's a good build and will do you justice.

but do u think the PSU will b ok for what im currently getting? Im looking to save a few bucks now because i have nothing and once im up and running will upgrade each component seperately. Thanks, Lithium

Yeah, I think that PSU would be fine. If it where me, I would make it a little more future proof by getting at least a 500 or more unit. That way you don't have to worry about it later on.

Thats true. I know I should b looking for one with good 12volt performence, right?
Yea the 12v rail(s) is what you should be looking for, but obviously one that can provide enough wattage. One with 150w wouldnt cut it

Can this run Oblivion?

Will this be good enuff to run oblivion? Not for you APM98, but for me. I also want to make a comp.

You have the same Video Card and CPU as me. Make sure you overclock both of them and you will be good to go.
