alright fellas i wanna thank all yal for all the help on this. ive decided to go with the "cheaper" version froboy gave me but the change is im putting a better processor in it. I put all the parts in my shopping cart on newegg and waiting for my money to transfer. il be pressing checkout monday morning. and getting the parts thursday. so if you want to be of more help to me check back next thursday(a week from tomorow) and i should be begining the build.

yes on some of the computers froboy posted. but i said i was getting the cheaper computer with a few better parts on it which would come to around 650$ which is under budget.
