this is my build I want it under 300 dollars... But um It's at 303 and become 341 in total w/ shipping.... so what should i take out or change to match my budget... TY... adn BTW i want a Mobo that good, and have a max of at least 8 Gig Ram... and a Case With good airflow... so this is what i got...

The Athlon 4600+ Dual-Core was a better processor than the Celeron Dual-Core E1200 you picked. The Athlon 4600+ has twice the cache that the Celeron E1200 does.
 
Thank You Very Much, But I wanted a AMD build because i get more stock CPU power for the money, and a good OC board... because if the board has IDE, then i'm not buying anything but a CASE, GFX, MOBO, RAM, and CPU... that should be cheap enough.. because i have everything else.
