I was the one who posted the Pentium 4 650 build yesterday and I guess people suggested against it. :D The more I read about the Pentium 4, especially the Prescott, I decided to cancel the whole entire order and resubmit a new one. This is to replace the AMD rig in my sig, it's not to upgrade from it. This is for home use (internet/word processing) and light to moderate gaming...

- Athlon 4000+. Socket AM2 so my MoBo can upgrade to dual core later.
- Generic motherboard, 4 PCI slots, 1 PCI-Express, 4 RAM slots
- 1 GB Corsair DDR2-800
- Antec 500 watt PSU
- 7950 GT, factory OC'd
- Audigy 4 sound card
- 160 GB Seagate HD

Is that better then a Pentium 4 650/DDR2-667/7900GT set up? I don't wanna change it a second time, lol. :D
