old computer upgrade

can i upgrade this computer

if so i want to upgrade the ram and video card

support pci 2.0 video cards

and do i need to change anything else out my computer
before i make my upgrades
 
You will be limited in what you can upgrade with this computer. What programs are you planning on using with this system?
 
Your system probably won't run it well at all in my opinion. I would recommend getting a new system (one preferably with a dual-core processor). Ever consider building your own system? If you don't like to build you could pay a trusted member of this site to build one for you.
