Old Fans on new computer

Hi,

I have a new computer (dual Core one) and it has the standard fans etc but there is space for one just near the CPU(on the back) and i was wondering if i can take a fan off of one of my old computers and put it on my new one. Is there any power differences etc?

Should work fine, most fans are a standard 3-pin connector, and that's the only thing that matters, the connector. Go for it.
 
Yeah, I don't see why there'd be any problems. As long as the fan's the 3 pin connector, or the 4 pin molex connector, you should be just fine.
