Old graphics card help

Heys guys, have 2 graphics cards here but have no knowledge on the subject. Basically I need to know which graphics card is better: Nvidia GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 or ATI Radeon X700 Pro 256 MB PCIe. Thanks in advance
 
The 6150se is onboard video so in my opinion the X700 since it is a dedicated card would be the better one. However, if your going to be doing any type of medium to heavy gaming then you'll need to upgrade the card.
