old P4

how can i find out if my mobo supports HT? and there really isnt a visual difference with the GX240 and 260, if you took the GX240 labels off, their look like the same computers, soo i think a 260 mobo should fit.

personally, i hate their forums, people really never go on there, i went on there about my sound 4 my GX110, and never got any answer, but i figurered it out myself.

but i'll see if anybody asked the same question.

I've searched a few times and have not been able to find anything about your computer supporting a Hyper-Threading CPU. I think your outta luck, sorry. I would also like to apologize about my comment I made earlier....

ok, thats not a big deal, i searched 4 a GX260, and it seems it looks exactly like mine, might go with that, no probelm, apology accepted .

i knew i should've ask you ;), i forgot you had 1, thanks.

EDIT: it can be like a 128, 256KB L2 Cache, right? just has 2 be 400MHZ FSB?
