Old router/new wireless in laptop

I was messing with a WRTP54G and decided it wasn't worth the trouble. Being me, I popped it open to find it has a miniPCI wireless card in it. I did some research and found some drivers for the chipset it used. Now it's stuck in my laptop and I get slightly better reception than before. It's weird, my wireless light flashes now when there's activity and there's no way to disable the radio anymore. Even with it disabled(and the light off) it still will get online.

Hehe... So yeah, sorry for my lack of activity. I've been doing stuff like this :rolleyes:
 
Haha, no problems, I just thought it was neat. I'm actually having problems now. This new card gets warmer than my previous one :P

I'll try to be around more. Perhaps more during school. I seemed to of slacked off more during the summer.
