Old work laptop and need to remove network and admin

I have an old laptop from a previous job that I want to use for wi-fi. however, the network and admin rights don't allow me to do anything with it.

How do I remove or reset that so I have access to load software, etc....???

Either contact the old admin, or do a reformat..... Without the password for the admin, you're outta luck. So, the best/fasttest idea would be to reinstall the os. Just make sure you get the Serial from the OS you have installed, so you can use it to reinstall.
