Older desktop help I think its dead

Hi all I have an older P4 computer i built i think the mobo is dead. I have a Gigabyte P4 Titan Ga-8Ik1100 with a p4 2.2 and a Antec smart power 350 watt power supply. one day the computer would not wake up with the mouse or keyboard so turned off and tried to restart all the fans will work and hd spins up but no post beep and no video i stripped everything off and tried to restart and still no post. the computer is on an apc and a surge protector i think bad mobo what do you think

Did you try booting with only one stick of RAM? Also, without a video card? Network Card? Take those things out to help narrow it down what's causing it from booting. But you MIGHT be right about the mobo being bad...Try those things first before making that assumption..

I stripped all cards and ram no post then just ram no post then ram and video no post removed from case and bench tested no post am i overlooking anything
