Talk to Rambo ADE, he has a DS3 and XMS2, I doubt there could be some type of problem with RAM and GPU compatibility. I would say drivers or a very doubted BIOS. You have no onboard graphics, your BIOS shouldn't determine anything like that unless it has to do with the PCI-e slot. BIOS stands for Basic Input/Output Setup. Hmm, this is so strange.
Have you tried what the kb article said to do if you get that blue screen? Also you haven't told us what PSU you have, you only ask if we are sure it's not it. If I had to guess I'd say drivers.
You might want to try running your system at stock speeds.
I have no blue screen, I have said my Power supply numerous times in sooo many of my OMG threads, Rambo does not even have my GPU so how would he know? Plus F.E.A.R. works flawlessly and amazingly, so does Track mania, and a few other games. all other, poop.
