I changed those power managements when I first updated to F10 (that's when they were available). Didn't see a difference, so I left them on. :D

Yeah, try fail-safe defaults. Then change to the settings I posted above. Go up in 30's/40's until you reach 350 Mhz. Then go up in 10's/20's. But you'll be fine...

I reset the timings to the RAM back to auto and it fixed it. Rambo, the RAM timing you gave me are the stock timings of my RAM only the Precharge Delat (tRAS) is 18 instead of 15. I think that is the problem.

Ok, so set it to 18 then.

How is it overclocking? Better? Worse? Same?

EXTREMLY STABLE!!! I FIGURED OUT WHAT CAUSED THE POSTING PROBLUM FOR SURE NOW! I never dared try but when I saw you upped the voltage to the MCH thing it always posts! I'm at 2.55GHz now and still going! I have very extensive data i will post later to show what I originally did. I'll let you know how things go.

I'm at 2.75GHz with no problems. Hay Rambo, what are your idle and full load temperatures? At this speed my idle is 51C and my 67C full load. is that good or should I be worried?

you should never go over 60c load unless you are not running it 24/7... thats a little too hot... are you using stock cooling and as5?

this is mines on the stock intel cooler... nice stock cooler btw not intended if you planned on going pass 3ghz though... :)

Oh, you are joking?!? That is one of the single most important things to do when overclocking on this board!! I'm sure I've said that multiple times on this forum...

lol...

Oh, and your temps are abnormally high. My idle is around 35*C @ 435 FSB, and max is probably 47*C (ish).
