i keep BSOD'ing and i used to get something about "Bad_Pool_Caller" or something, then i started to get "Driver_IRQ_Not_Less_Than_Equal" so, i updated ALL of my drivers, but now, it crashed, all of my FireFox bookmarks are gone... my FF screen is twiching up and down, ONLY after i click "Make new thread" i think it might be virus related.... but it pissing me off to no end
 
Try removing some components, like a stick of RAM. Perhaps move them into different slots, etc... Check temperatures. Maybe insert Mouse/Keyboard/Etc into different USB slots.

Long and slow process I know, but it may work ;)

yes, its not BSOD'ing anymore, but the FF is still twitching up and down, i tried reinstalling it, but it didnt help... and it seems to do it only on CF.. but ill try using the non-beta tomarrow, ill virus scan tonight

EDIT: when i go to other pages it doesnt jump, but it starts when i open a tab

Ahh good. What did you do to resolve the problem?

Also, what happened to your Conroe system?
