Onboard network adapter not recognized

I think that when I unistalled MS SQL server, the network adapter config was also removed. I tried all the fixes I could find, restore,replacing the lan driver, even reinstalling windows with a clean install. Still get message to reinstall driver. Driver is installed, but network adapter is never recognized by windows. Used Asus MB utility setup disk... it didn't help either. Tryed rescue disk.No impovement. Using laptop to write this.
Hven't updated my system status signature below, that's my old system.
 
I did like 5 restores back before the uninstall. Somehow, the MB program is not being repaired. This makes me think that, since the network adapter is onboard the MB, it;s part of the MB setup or BIOS...I've done BIOS flash before and never recovered... I'm gonna call Cyberpower to see if they can help.
