Onboard Video or GPU first?

I just bought the parts necessary to build my first computer! I have one question though before I get building. Should I leave the GPU out until I have the OS installed and it up and running or should I put it in right away?

Thanks,
Andy

Ok, thanks! One last question. :D With the GPU (Sapphire Radeon HD 5770), should I use the power cord that comes with it or just a PCI-E cable from the power supply? Or doesn't it matter?

Much appreciated,
Andy

Better to use the cables from your PSU, don't trust molex > pci-e adapters. Or any power adapters for that matter. Also, once you plug in the card, go into the BIOS and change primary graphics adapter to PCI-E. Otherwise you can get issues where you can't see the BIOS screen. :)
