One-Click Backup Solution

I've been charged by a clueless manager with coming up with a magical VB script where the user puts in a blank CD and clicks the 'backup' icon and it backs up all their important data , in a few standard folders, including outlook e-mails. :rolleyes:

Do you folks know of any software solutions that we could buy along the lines of a 'one-click' backup?

Do you mean something like an external hard drive where you press a button and everythings backed up? I've tried those before but i dont think they work too well, some of them only let you back up the "my documents" folder.

I think it's more of a request for a script that backs up certain folders, I.E. my documents, outlook archive folders, to a CD.
