I just want to make sure of my choice and be happy with it.
I am building a rig now for gaming, hopes to play alot of the new games coming out at higher settings. Should i go with the E6750, or should i go with the Q6600? I do also do some photo editing (photoshop) and things of that, but not so much. the grand scale of what im going to be doing with this rig is playing games, so would i benefit from the Q6600 ? or would the E6750 be the way to go?

As of right now, i don't plan to OC at all, i was initially planning on doing so but i decided against it due to lack of extra-money for higher end cooling supplies. Eventually (next yearish) i'd like to start trying some OC, but by then im sure i will have upgraded. thanks

For gaming the e6750 has a slight edge as of now, but overall the better cpu is the q6600...
