Hi guys, as the title suggests, I want one machine to run two monitors displaying two different PowerPoint slide shows. is this possible?if so how

start up the powerpoint presentation. Then start another occurrence of powerpoint. just drag that to the other screen. Not large full screen. make it a 16" higher. Resize it. that will work. Might even be able to drag a short cut to the other screen. that might work.

I am not to sure about this, since Once I tried doing a slideshow of photos on the microsoft Photo viewer and I dragged the window to the extended desktop and then maximized and when I selected slide show It began a slide show on the primary monitor.

I could be wrong,it might work for powerpoint. :D

That will happen with PowerPoint too. I had this exact problem at an exhibition just last week, this is what I did:

You will need to start your secondary monitor slideshow first, open it as normal and select "Presenter Mode" to have the show running on the second monitor. Then open the second show that will run on the primary monitor and just hit F5 for a normal show.

Hope that helps, Doug.
