ok, a mobo question, but it may turn into a cpu-ram question as well.
Personal and small business multitasking use for the next few yrs.
No gaming. Onboard video only unless card is needed to support HD monitor.

i had decided on #1:

I'd go with #2, only because it's cheaper and you don't really need a black edition CPU. As for RAM, I'd go with this. There may be better deals however. You wouldn't want to put that OCZ RAM in your #2 build - it's incompatible.
 
Yes boss loll. i knew that ddr2 wont work on a ddr3 mobo and i learned that right hear at this forum thanks to newegg and all the nice ppl like you that help others by donating you're time and experience to those like me who are learning. I decided on the suggested #2 build because i realized that i really dont need a black pcu since im not going to need to oc, just one that i cant outrun. And 3 cores is better than 2 since that may be all ya get anyways. So it's #2 build with you're ram suggestion for it's speed and reviews.
