One User Fast, Others Slow

I have Windows XP Home Edition and it has become obvious that the most used (and best maintained) user account (mine) is significantly faster in terms of overall performance and internet speed than the other usernames. The only think I could think of is to clear the other users’ cookies using CCleaner (which they don't do) but that didn't make a very noticeable difference. Any idea why one username is significantly faster than the others and how I could possibly fix the problem?

Thats what I would think. Spyware isn't just gonna affect an account, its gonna affect a computer. But who knows, you may have an extra firewall installed on your account that is helping out. Thats pretty strange though.
