One Xeon X5550 or Two Xeon E5520 for the same price...

If I can get one Xeon X5550 for the same price as Two Xeon E5520's, what should I get? I would assume better performance out of the two E5520's, but perhaps higher power consumption?

performance i would assume similar, and power consumption i would guess to be of no problem if you had a good power supply. either way would work but with server stuff remember if you got the X5550 9 times out of 10 you will have that second cpu slot open to be filled just a little food for thought but all in all about the same specs
