he doesn't need an 8800GTS for games like Guildwars,thats just a waste of cash,he should get something good like a 7900GT or 7950GT and ignore the 8 series unless he's truly into heavy gaming,which by the looks of it,he's not,it'll end up being a killer on his wallet.
 
he said he wants DX10, he will move into different games and newer ones no doubt

thats a good build except:
1) Get corsair RAM
2) at least 600W PSU
3)go for 2 seagate 320's

everything else looks fine
